1. Today is the second week in a sermon series called “When God Shows Up.” Each week will focus on a miracle of Jesus. Today’s reading is Mark 2:1-12, read it for yourself. What stands out to you as you read?

2. In this passage, the crowd actually blocked the man from getting to Jesus. What "crowds" or distractions in your life are making it difficult for you to hear from God?

3. Who do you know right now who is "paralyzed" by life (health, grief, addiction, doubt, or loneliness)? What would it look like to "carry" them this week?

4. The miracle resulted in everyone being "amazed." How can we better share our "restoration stories" with people both outside and inside the church?
